Machine washing

We wash a wide range of materials (castings, workpieces, plastic components, etc.). We also wash oversized parts manually using high-pressure cleaners to clean heavily soiled metal materials. We wash with environmentally friendly agents and recycle both the washing bath and waste heat for minimal environmental impact.

Sorting and repackaging

We sort and separate mixed and mixed packaging. We provide complete repackaging of materials from the original (non-compliant) packaging units from suppliers into packaging that complies with the customer's requirements. This mainly concerns packaging from suppliers in third countries, where, for example, the external dimensions of the packaging are not complied with, the number of parts in the packaging does not match, or the packaging is damaged as a result of transport. We repackage and dispose of non-compliant packaging - wooden crates, cardboard boxes, and paper boxes.

Pallet assembly

• Assembly and sorting of pallets according to customer requirements

• Palletizing, foiling, and strapping - packaging regulations

• Storage of pallets/GB, including packaging account management if requested by the customer

• Transport and shipment of washed and dry packaging back to the customer

Degreasing of materials and protection

We focus on the most thorough degreasing of materials and their subsequent preservation after the washing process to protect against corrosion. We offer manual cleaning of materials to remove surface rust. We also provide partial services, which we offer to customers either comprehensively or in parts.
